Marine damask

Damask? This is an organic raw material taken from storm emissions of eelgrass growing in the Black Sea.

Damask has good insulating properties; it does not rot, does not lose its properties when wet, and is a flame-resistant substance. It is not vulnerable to pests and rodents because of the high content of calcium salts. Damask has absorbent properties. High humidity takes excess moisture from the room and, on the contrary, when the air is dry it keep humidity, creating a favorable climate for human rights.

It is completely environmentally friendly material. It has only a positive effect in human health, due to the fact that damask is composed of organic compounds such as iodine, iron, zinc, cobalt, amino acids, bioactive agents (fukondak polysaccharide possessing great antitumor effect). Damask exudes soft faint smell of iodine, bromine and hydrogen sulfide, calming the nervous system, and has beneficial effect on the respiratory system.

Damask is a wonderful natural insulation

Damask doesn’t lose to synthetic insulations by basic parameters (thermal conductivity, hardness, flammability), but it surpasses them in ecology, resistance to mechanical damage. (eelgrass):
